基本没有美国客户,所以没有ETL认证
我把报价发给了客户,客户回复如下
我是不是应该坦白说没有ETL认证
还有客户能不能用之前供应商的ETL认证?
我感觉他是有兴趣才问这么清楚, 不想错过这个客户啊
please answer the below questions:
1.Do you have cETL for all these items ? which other models you have cETL ? please send quotation
2.Are these material are certified inflammable material ? do you have certification for it ?
3.Which brands in USA do you work with and which models ? for how long and approximately how many pieces so far ?
4.How many years your factory has been producing heaters for USA clients with certificate
背景:
2019年成交了一个新客户,交货半年后客户反馈质量问题并提供图片。
当时工程确认是客户储存不当造成的,而且老板也认为是客户问题。
我知道客户不满意当时处理结果,但我没有放弃该客户,一直跟进,昨天客户终于回复如下:
As you know we received some non-compliant material in 2019.
I explained the problem to you and you replied that we had made the wrong welds.
So we changed the supplier and since 2019 I haven't had any problems.
Why do I have to go back to doing business with you?
我除了说抱歉给他带来麻烦,同时祝他的项目顺利。然后公司4月份计划去意大利,希望可以去拜访他,除了这些还能说点什么呢?
之前发邮件询问客户是否有新订单,客户很爽快的回答需要下单,并询问最新价格。
前几天客户又发来邮件说,新订单要暂停,因为几个月前已经从原供应商下单并很快就会到货,
邮件如下

I believe you approached their factory recently
平时都是和客户(老板)直接联系,沟通上也没有出现任何问题,之前的订单都是客户老板直接从我这里下单,
疑问:因为一开始客户打算下单,后来因为被告知已经从原供应商购买,是不是从原供应商下单是客户的其他部门,而且并未告知客户老板已下单?
客户这样的邮件应如何回复?
客户回复:
At the moment, we have a product with ***, but is provided by our manufacturer since we use it among other ingredients.
We will keep your contact and the information, and if in the future we need it in more quantity, we will get in touch.
有个客户回复了,但说需要更多数量再联系。
我可不可以问客户提到的制造商的联系方式呢?求解惑
