坑爹的长田植物灯,警惕受骗

我们是外贸出口的贸易公司,众所周知,贸易公司就是整合一些商资源,把比较好的产品推荐给客户,然后从中赚取差价。因为我们是主要LED产品的,在这之前经常会有商打电话或者发邮件推荐他们的产品,当然了,也有些时候是我自己去阿里巴巴上面搜索的,在此先说一下,我们是阿里巴巴的会员。当然了,也无关紧要。我这边要说的是我最近发生的一个很让我气愤的样品单。 10月23日,一个比利时的客户通过阿里旺旺在线和我沟通,看中了一款产品,这产品正是一个植物灯1200W,同行的朋友也许都清楚目前植物灯到1200W的话很少,后来我发现我的商里面有家叫深圳长田的,有这款产品,于是我把规格书发给客户确认,客户一看非常满意,说这款产品正是他想要的。接着他和我讲述了事情的原委,原来他之前从另外一个国外的网站上面采购这个产品,花了900欧元,回家的时候发现纸箱外面有个小字,写着made in China.然后他认定了这个产品就是从中国出的,于是找到了我,刚好我给他的规格书里面尺寸,以及重量什么都是完全和他之前购的一模一样。他非常激动,问我多少钱,我说差不多1000美金就够了。很出乎我意料的时候,客户在一分钟左右的时间就去付款了。 事情到这边,其实应该是很顺利的,我去找那个工厂,然后工厂出货就可以。但是中间的插曲让非常难以置信。 10.24日,我在长田植物灯的那个人QQ上面留言,我的Q名单中有俩个是长田植物灯,俩个人都是有发过资料给我,我以为是同一个公司。于是我随便了一个人。结果隔了俩天,这个人都没上线也没有回复我,我就觉得不对劲了,照着QQ个性签名上面的电话打过去,结果那个人说他在出差,不过让我先打款给他,我说因为涉及的金额比较多,我付一半给你吧,那边说不行,要全额付清,样品是不允许这样分付的。因为之前都觉得长田的植物灯应该蛮久的,心里也没有多想,就这样,我在10月26日的时候付款了。接着就是核对样品细节的问题,一切都没有差错,但是那边只是问我要多少颗灯珠,我问他们是不是1200W的,他们很肯定的说就是1200W的,叫我别担心,他说他们这个了很久了。11.9日样品好,从深圳那边寄过来,太让我无语了,竟然只有13KG,原先在规格书上面的是24kg,外贸的都知道,超过21KG的话就可以按照大货来计算,运费可以便宜很多,当然了,这个只是一部分原因,我马上打电话问深圳那边是怎么回事,不是说24KG吗,而且尺寸也不对,深圳那边说这个是新款的。。。。。 TMD,新个屁啊,新款的你偷工减料10KG啊,恐怖啊。。。而且整个尺寸整整缩小了30cm。。实在是让人难以置信。但是没法,样品已经寄到厦门了,钱我也付了,我不可能不寄给客户的,于是,我把样品寄给了比利时的客户并且把运单号给客户参考。客户到邮件的时候就震惊了,为什么一下子只剩下13Kg了,怎么回事??我说这个是版的,你先看一下,有什么问题再吧。 11.16日,客户到样品,11.19日,我发邮件询问客户样品是否满意,其实问这个的时候我已经知道会是什么样的回答,但是没法,该面对的迟早都是要去面对的。客户的回复如下: Dear Ms. , My weekend was ok, thanks for asking, i hope yours was fine too. I did receive the light on Friday as you promised. I he had some time to test the light, by that i mean the outside, dimensions, sound level, power consumption etc ... How the light will perform in growing vegetables will take a few months. Now, the verdict so far ... First of all Ms. Ivy, i believe in honesty and not sugar coating the facts, especially when they are inconvenient. So here it comes. When the light arrived i saw that the carton box was damaged on one side, not badly but enough for me to notice. When unpacking i saw that the light was slightly dented where the carton was damaged. I guess the carton and foam protection inside is just not strong enough to survive the rough handling of the shipping. When i switched on the light i was happy to see that all the LED's were working and so did all the ventilators. However, the reason i decided to buy the light from your company was the fact that all the specifications were exactly the same as the light i already had (dimensions, weight, power consumption, amount of LED's, amount of ventilators etc...) I was told when i ordered the light that this would be the case, in fact the pdf you send me states those specifications. This was, and i want to emphasize this, of paramount importance in deciding to buy this light. The first thing i noticed was the obvious smaller size, in fact it is 86cm on 32cm, it should he been 98cm on 35cm. (The 98 on 35 were the specifications given in the pdf you send me and the size i was expecting) That means it is 13cm smaller in length and 3 cm smaller in width. (39cm2 less) The weight should he been 24Kg, it is about 13Kg. After that i tested the power consumption, as this is the most important, it tells me a lot about the used LED's in the light. I was very surprised to see that this light consumes only 600 to 620 Watts, this tells me that the used LED's are of fewer wattage per piece than agreed on and again, not at all as was presented in the pdf file. This is very important, the light should use a lot more power. Compared to the one i already he, that one uses on erage about 980 Watts. So in fact i got more of a 600 Watt light than a 1200 Watt. Considering the price i paid for this light (1000$) i actually paid more than the 2000 euro's for my first light cause that one is actually a 1200 Watt, compared to the 1000$ for your "600 Watt" light. 这个结果其实也没有让我很吃惊了,这样的结果其实已经预料到了。

TMD,一直对长田的植物灯还挺看好的,差不多又要我在这方面赔钱了,之前的被老板逼着买的那坨货还没赔完,研发费都扔进去了,还有税费,除了画上几笔钱,别的好像没什么了。

这下可好,这次的还是因为公司纸上的重量出了问题,款式也是一下子新了,尺寸还缩小了。。。要不是我又跟这个专业,我想我也真不知道是怎么回事。。。

倒不是说要跟他们怎么样,毕竟长田的植物灯很多人在用,有合作很正常。但是我就是对我所做的一切有点懊悔,为什么之前从来没有发过一次这样的样品单,突然有一次这样。

望前辈们多指教,中国创造到底怎么了,以后我们还应该怎么做下去?

    这类的灯具,有个工具叫功率计(几十块钱)。把灯具的插头插在上面,灯后10分钟左右后,稳定下来,就可以显示灯具的真正功率。

    国内的很多厂家(不是LED灯,而是日光灯)用低档的T5镇流器来冒充T5HO镇流器。所以此类的功率计早就被派上了用场。

    你还没有用到PAR表。那时你就知道这个灯具对植物生长到底有多少有效的光照了。

    解释也很简单。就说那个工厂侵权,那个规格不了。把钱退给你的客户一半。然后告诉他。。。馅饼的事。

    觉得当时你既然发现了样品不符合客人要求,就应该先跟客户沟通,要是客户不同意的话,就不要寄了,再找重新找一找。

    现在,还是争取帮客人找到合适的产品吧

    外贸的就是要小心再小心,几千块钱的样品,楼主应该自己或者找人过去看一下,核实一下真实情况,就算功率什么的当时看不出, 至少重量高度不一样还是可以看出来的. 而且,你到样品发现后有问题后,应该跟客人及时说明一下,客人让你寄你再寄给他,如果他事先知道货不对版,可能就不需要再花运费寄过去了.
    现在安抚好客人,表明歉意, 舍弃一点自己的利益,争取帮他找到他想要的产品. 如果以后赚钱了,补偿一点他的损失
