EPA认证是什么，怎么做EPA？
EPA注册必须是美国当地居民或者公司进行申请，针对美国以外的一切公司，都不能直接申请。所以像我们中国的厂家申请，则必须委托美国代理人进行。美国代理人必须是在美国有永久居住权的个人或者EPA授权的代理公司。
