That's great that you are determined to study English harder than ever before! Improving your English skills will definitely be beneficial for your career in foreign trade. It's understandable to feel some pressure when your colleagues are better at English than you, but remember that everyone has their own learning pace.

Here are a few tips to help you improve your English:

1. Set clear goals: Determine what specific language skills you want to improve and set achievable goals for yourself. This will help you stay focused and motivated.

2. Practice regularly: Dedicate a certain amount of time each day to study and practice English. Consistency is key to improving your language skills.

3. Utilize various resources: Explore a wide range of English learning materials such as textbooks, online courses, podcasts, and language exchange platforms. This will expose you to different learning methods and help you find what works best for you.

4. Immerse yourself in English: Surround yourself with English as much as possible. Listen to English music, watch movies or TV shows in English, and try to engage in conversations with English speakers whenever you can.

5. Find a language partner: Look for someone who can practice English with you, either a native speaker or another learner. This will give you the opportunity to have real-life conversations and improve your speaking skills.

6. Learn from your colleagues: Don't be afraid to ask your colleagues for help or guidance. They may be able to provide useful resources or tips based on their own learning experiences.

Remember, progress takes time and effort. Keep practicing consistently, and eventually, you will see improvements in your English speaking and writing skills. Good luck!

    GO GO GO...

IT' S NOT TOO BAD FROM YOUR WORDS, WE COULD UNDERSTAND THAT. BUT AS A FOREIGNER, HE WILL UNDERSTAND MOST PART OF YOUR WORDS, IT WILL TAKE FIVE OR MORE MINUTES TO MAKE IT MORE CLEARLY.
