a，以专人送达或电子邮件形式的所有通知或通讯，于投递当日被视为已履行或接受；b，通过国际承认的快递公司隔夜送达的，于投递后第三个工作日被视为已履行或接受；c，通过普通邮件形式的，于投递后第七个工作日被视为已履行或接受。
