有木有人和我一样，现在跟进客户不知道说什么了。有些客户他就是不回，那我们到底还能问什么呢？ 去年说来也怪，我的3个下单的客户都不需要我很积极去跟，都是客户自己很主动找我，然后确认样品就下单，很顺利。今年想着好好跟进去年的比较有意向的客户，但是邮件写来写去都那几句话，不知道说什么了。请问大家一般怎么写啊？
