优秀的外贸人会这样打电话

做外贸,电话是一个非常重要的开发或者跟进客户的工具。大多普通外贸业务员都不敢给客户打电话,或者不愿意打,不知道怎么打。而对于那些优秀的外贸人,电话在在整个外贸工作中是至关重要的。优秀的外贸员一般在什么时候,以什么样的方式给客户打电话呢?
1. 开发客户(做过背调筛选出来的重点跟进客户)
Dear Sir, this is John from Zhejiang, China. We are professional manufacturer of+产品名称since 2009. We have market in more than 50 countries around the world. Do you import+产品名称from China? If yes, we would offer you our best and full support in your+产品名称business.
2. 发了开发信没得到回复(开发信要长期坚持发下去,每半个月到一个月这样发一次)
Hello Sir, this is John from ABC company. I sent you email about our products three days ago, but not get reply from you. If you have interests in our products, I’ll send more details later by email.
3. 给客户发过报价后(由于网络或者工作忙碌,或者邮箱系统问题等,客户不一定能收到或者及时收到报价)
Hello Sir, I sent the quotation to you by email this afternoon. Hope you’ve received and checked it? If you have any other questions, welcome to contact with me.
4. 给客户发了PI后(要确保客户收到PI, 以及跟进订单进度)
Dear Sir, I sent the PI by email this morning. Hope you’ve received it. And may I know when you will confirm this order, and when we can expect the deposit payment?
5. 收到订单后通知客户(邮件和电话同时,不让客户担心货款问题)
Hello Sir, deposit payment received with thanks. And we’ve arranged materials today. Any update about production, I’ll let you know.
6. 提单COPY件需要客户及时确认(时差或者客户工作效率等方面问题)
Hi Sir, I sent you draft BL by email this morning. Kindly check it and let me know if need any revisement. If too late, there will be extra cost around 60-70USD for BL amendment.
