    底层逻辑就是:客户没有看----让客户看------增加客户的查看的渠道
    1.在邮箱上同步一封邮件--------- 那当然也有要给客户发邮件囖  (养成大客户的习惯)
    2.利用邮箱找到客户的Skype-----试过 找到概率小 不过我们也要去尝试
    3.或是其他的联系方式 -
    阿里巴巴要添加客户就可以看到客户的邮箱,电话号码以及客户的公司名称)

    第二种:已读已回
    底层逻辑就是:客户有看但是没有回----让客户回------主动出击跟进客户
    这时候跟进客户的时候就要注意:利用冷冰冰以及空洞的去消磨客户的耐心
    那怎么这么写一封即饱满又有温度的邮件呢?首先我们要站在客户的角度去出发
    例如:
    第一封邮件---以专业的话术去跟进客户:(三部曲)
    Dear John,
    Wish you a nice day and everything goes well.
    Yesterday(or last time) i received your inquiry about our dashcam and I replied immediately with the questions about the logo customization which are very important for the quotation.
    (对上次沟通做一个总结)

    As long as you confirm the question then will make a clear quotation for you .
    (引导客户进入下一步)

    Sure a good busniess needs more communication,i am totally to offer you my help with my professional knowledge and experience ,anyway i also need your help in the further reply so that we can work together to move the order forward.

    第二封:给客户发了报价后客户已读不回

    Thank you very much for your kind patience which very help for us to confirm the product detailed of our dashcam and i also sent you quotation including shipping cost lead and payment method(term) for confirmation.
    (对上次沟通做一个总结)

    As long as you confirm the order details then i will draft a PI with order details for your reference.

    Now we are getting closer and closer to the cooperation,i do believe both of us only have a little more patience then we can help each other to move a big step,I really enjoy this kind of each other helping feeling .

    第二封:给客户发了PI/信保单后客户已读不回

    Thank you very much for your kind patience which very help for us to confirm the product detailed of our dashcam product and i also sent you the PI/order through alibaba for confirmation.
    (对上次沟通做一个总结)

    As long as you confirm the order and arrange the payment then we will start the production for you immediately so that we can finish the production as soon as possible.(we can finish the production before xxx Otc.)

    Now we are just one step from the cooperation,we already spent so much time in this order to help each to walk 99 steps.I do believe both of us would like to make all of our effort to be more valuable in the final step.

    注意:跟进客户72小时是黄金成交时间,连续跟进三天,每天一封,如果在不回就第三封,第四封,第五封,第六封,从第六封开始每天给客户发一张正能量的图片知道客户回复位置。
