因当地外事翻译还没上班，看样子我的帖子有点排队了！

这是我写的，请参考一下，本人英语水平不怎么样，请大家帮忙修改一下：
1.The header  of DHL account  should be 96 according to China DHL officer,please offer the right DHL account.

2.The China DHL express will return to work on Feb.26 after Chinese Festival,we will send samples as soon as they come to office and let you know the DHL number by then.

3. Sending samples conform with quotation sheet we offered before.

4.I will be on a business trip to Qing Dao in these days,please  return asap,thank you !

简洁一点，能一个词表达的尽量不要用2个词

基本能看懂翻译，但是不大懂语法，还在纠结怎么才能学好英语呢

（1）        DHL到付账号应为96头，您的账号中国DHL说不对，
请贵方正确的倒付账号！
Per DHL China, their account number starts with 96. Please recheck and send us your correct account number.
{2}因中国节日，DHL2月26号上班，寄出样品后我方回及时通知您！ I would give you soon information once sending out the samples. It is China's festival here and DHL service will be back on Feb.26th.
（3）我方的样品在报价单范围之内。Our samples are limited to the price list
（4）我近期到青岛出差，请贵方快速回复我。谢谢！Please advise as soon as you can. tks

You ge me a wrong Account. The number beginning with the numbers 96 is not a proper beginning for a DHL a/c. would you please give me the correct Account?


I will be back at work on Feb. 26,2007 for the cny       holiday. We will inform you of our decison after sending the samples.

基本上老外都能看懂 了的,毕竟也不是第一次跟咱们生意了 ,但是最后一个楼上的翻译那个副词好象不太对,应该是begin with 一般不用TO的哦~

daishudoudou 翻译的估计老外至少能看懂，不过没有必要按照楼主说的翻译，因为楼主的中文表达本身就有点奇怪。
另外就是和老外的邮件，没有必要使用那么多的长句，他会头晕的。

楼上的,翻译的有点小问题啊,看着象机器翻译的呀

DHL collect account should be start 96XXXXX that you apply to me is not right .and our Chinese DHL company say it to me .please offer me the right collect account .thank you
because of CHINESE Spring Festival and DHL company will on duty on 26th,FEB and if i send the samples to you i will inform you in time .
our company will offer you within quotation mentioned samples.
