    其中指出delivery order,从如上的信函介绍中可以看到它所指的是该外贸企业将产品发送出去之后,购买方在指定的港口码头接收这批货物,,以书面形式进行展现,也就表示其能够作为法律凭证。而delivery note则完全不同,它所说的是交货回单,其所表示的是产品购入方机构在接到货物抵达港口通知之后,直接在送货通知上签字,通常情况下在国内也被叫做送货回执。

    从如上介绍中我们可以发现,如果在产品运输过程之中出现纠纷或者是在产品离岸以及到达对方港口之后发生纠纷等等,如果在交易过程之中以delivery orde为要点,这种状况之下,对于产品销售方企业是非常有利的,但是如果在相关交易过程之中关注到的重心是delivery note,一旦出现任何纷争,由于没有相应的法律依据,这种状态下对于产品销售企业而言是非常不利的,如果要对簿公堂,这一过程之中销售方企业要消耗大量的时间用于举证,所以说外贸企业一定要关注到delivery order,将其作为交易中的重点问题。
