    客户就是不回复邮件,该怎么跟进呢?

    我们都知道,做外贸的过程中,很多时候一发报价,一回复客户邮件过去,客户就消失了。客户就怎么也不回复了。怎么问也问不到,可是又不想放弃这个客户,那么该怎么办呢?有没有什么邮件模板可以让客户快速回复我们呢?

    答案是yes,让客户回复我们是有方法的,也是有技巧的。

    客户不回复你,是因为你跟进邮件写的不好。

    不是跟进邮件写的好,客户就一定会回复或下单;

    但是跟进邮件写的不好肯定不会得到客户的回复或订单

    是因为你总是反复问do you see my email?do you have feedback about my quotation?what is your comment?那当然不回你了,你这样是反复骚扰,客户看的都厌了。

    下面我就分享下我这外贸7年,S0HO3年来的高回复率的跟进邮件模板,供大家参考一下:

    1.

    I wonder if you have chance to review my email/quotation/catalog sent on 8/29,what is your idea?

    Or what product are you looking for now?

    I need your reply to follow up your work and offer you better service,please help me.

    Do you still need bluetooth earphone?pls kindly tell me ,thus i can follow up your business better and efficient and offer you satisfactory service.

    Please kindly share me your answer and support my work.Thanks in advance.

    .I wonder do you receive and check my email sent on 8/20,is there any update? 

    I am waiting for your reponse to move forward next step and offer you wanted information,product and service.Please kindly do me a favor and it is beneficial for both of us.
