    可以看到在这篇信函中明确的表明,在此前双方已经对产品的价格以及产品的样式进行了深入的了解,之所以这样做,是因为阿拉伯用户对于产品的外观形态以及实际销售价格是非常重视的,不同于欧美用户在初次产品买入过程中,会关注到该产品的特色以及质感如何,初期阶段不会大量杀价,而在后期阶段则会根据市场情况不同获得收益不同不断杀价。从如上所述可以发现阿拉伯客户和欧美用户有很大差别,如果没有关注到这样的差异,在沟通中出现问题的概率会很高。
