圣诞节即将来临，这是基督教最重大节日之一，相信很多外贸人都会抓住这个机会来给客户发祝福邮件、送礼物、发贺卡，一方面是可以加强跟客户的关系，另一方面也是一个商机。
一、如何送圣诞节祝福？
1.拍个有意思的祝福视频
很多人对YouTube、TikTok等短视频爱不释手，所以也可以来一段，用自己的照片或者动员全公司的员工录制一段客户的专属祝福视频，绝对会给买家留下深刻的印象。
2.记得在Facebook等平台上送祝福
如果公司或个人经营社交媒体账号，也可以配合图文向客人表示祝福。比较合适的平台有Instagram、Facebook和LinkedIn等等，节日期间很多客户都会在社交平台上分享节日照片和动态。
3.发祝福邮件
既然是圣诞祝福邮件，邮件就以圣诞快乐为主，如果写产品，未免显得有点功利了。所以最好题目不如就直接说是“Greeting from + 发件人名（公司简称/国别）”，当然也可以是和新年祝福一起组合，这个大家仁者见仁。 至于内容形式，需要强调的是针对不同用户，要有不同的特点，不要千篇一律。
①新客户
如果是新客户，且我们对对方有一定的了解，平时也有一定的聊天，可以这样写：
Dear Tom, We know each other for 3 months, you are very professional, which impress me a lot.Thank you for your trust, we will give you best support in the next year. May your Christmas be full of love, laughter, and goodwill. And may the new year bring peace and joy! Have a Merry Christmas.
②老客户
如果这是我们的老客户，并且是合作多年的老客户，我们可以这样写：
Dear Tom, We know each other on May 5th in the year 2022, and until now it's 3 years and 7 months, time flies!I still keep all the photoes we have, attached are all our beutiful memory.We are lucky that god bring you to us, and you bring us a lot of inspiration not only on product development, but also on customer-service, we are very grateful and impressed a lot. Next year we will continue to give you our best support.Please pass my best regargds to xx and xx. May your Christmas be full of love, laughter, and goodwill. And may the new year bring peace and joy!Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
