Sail:[V] If you sail a boat or a boat sails, it moves across water using its sails.驾驶（船）；（船）航行。
Telex release: 电放；电子放单。
是指货物先于单据到达进口方，进口方为不因货物产生滞港费用而先行提货，而要求卖方至电船公司，凭这个卖方出具的“准予买方先凭副本提单提货”的电文（传真或电传），先行提货的行为。

Container be dumped: 甩柜，柜子被甩了
甩柜是在进出口、海运物流等行业非常流行的术语，在海运旺季，由于货量较大、舱位有限，船公司为保证船能满载，开始往往确认满载量120%以上的货能够按时运输。而一旦出现舱位不够，即海运界所谓的"爆舱"，船公司就会拒绝多余20%左右的那些运费较低、与其关系一般的托运人的货物装船，将这些货留滞到下一个或几个航次，而船公司对此不负任何责任。
