    函件要写点重要信息啊!注意你要把你脑海的事情传递给别人,不是跟自己说话,记住我们商务信函的六大“C”原则,分别是准确度、完整度、详细度、简洁度、清晰度和礼貌度,刚刚那个例子违背了这些原则,这封信函不够具体,因为只说各种尺寸的毛巾,并没有说具体的哪个尺寸,也没有说应用于哪种洗手间:家居型,旅馆型,还是办公型,然后是,具体刚刚那个信函信息不够完整,因为它没涵盖运费保险信息,以防在运输过程出现损伤。

    下面这个例子是修改后的销售询价

    Dear Sirs,

    Would you kindly send us details of your bathroom towels collections,which you advertised in Home Furnishings the November 2010 issue?we are interested in furnishing our hotel line with new bath and hand towels.Please quote all the items on the enclosed inquiry form,giving your price,Cost,shipping Insurance,and Freight to Shanghai.I have gave you the form, instead asking you to send me a list. I give you form and you just take off on the form.the price and the item, weill you please also indicate delivery time,your terms of payment,and any special discount considerations you offer for regular customers of large orders.     所以要确定是否礼貌,具体,完整,信息要包括每个买家和卖家必须知道的细节,时刻牢记我们说的六大C原则,像常识一样牢记于心,这是我们与他人沟通的基础,没有常识的正式礼貌用语是毫无意义的,别太在意礼貌用语正不正式,记住六大C原则就行。
