过中秋节的其他国家
今年的国庆节跟中秋节是连在一起的，国外客户不过中国的国庆节，但部分其他国家也会过中秋节，尤其是东亚、东南亚国家，如日本、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾等，受中华传统影响的是不少的。如果有该国客户，记得发送一下祝福。
韩国：在韩国，中秋节非常隆重（韩国人称为“秋夕”），这一天在外工作的人都要回家与父母团圆。

三、外贸注意事项

放假前一周
与货代确认所有物流截点、与工厂/仓库确认节前可完成的订单和交付时间、准备节前需发出的文件（清关文件、提单确认等）。
重点跟进：催款、生产进度、发货安排。开始主动联系关键客户沟通假期安排和订单状态。
每个客户需要单独发邮件，不要群发。建议最近在联系的客户都发一下比较好。
如果客户有未完成的重点事项，最好是单独说明一下，表示你有在处理，而不是放假了就不管了。

假期中
可以每天看下邮件，集中处理/上班再处理都可，以防错过客户的重要信息，也有伙伴说，国庆节时，老外的回复率挺高。
关系特别好的客户，可以跟客户分享假期的图片和视频。当然，社交媒体也可以发布一些生活日常。
