被誉为“中国第一展”的广交会是国内最重要的国际贸易促进平台,第134届广交会虽然还有些时间才会开,但等春节来后基本就3月了,所以提早布局为好。

对于国内外的贸易企业来说,无论是拓展客户资源维护客户关系,还是展示企业实力,参展都是一个难得的获客机遇。

相信有计划参展的外贸人都已经开始积极地准备了。

今天,我们将从展前备战的角度,分享如何发挥参展最大的价值和效果。

01-展前备战时间线

一旦老板敲定展期及展位号,我们就可以安排展前邀约的准备工作:

通过邮件、网络推文发出参展的消息以及展会的时间、地点及展位号等信息;

做一份参展海报,包括一份展馆平面图,标注你所在的位置,让客户一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的摊位。

展前邀约执行计划:

① 展会前一个月,通过邮件、私信等方式邀请客户来参观展位,并告知具体的展位位置和联系方式;

② 展会前两周,电话联系重点客户,询问他们是否会来展会,顺便了解他们的需求和兴趣;

③ 展会前一周,再次确认客户的到访日期和时间,并提供行程安排和交通指引的帮助;

④ 展会期间,在约定好的日期客户没有出现时,及时电话联系客户,并极力邀请他们到展位;

⑤ 展会结束后,及时跟进客户,并发送感谢信或礼品,并邀请他们访问公司网站或关注社媒平台。

即使只有很少部分客户应约而来,那些没来的客户也会经过接触加深对我们的印象。它不是单纯的产品信息的推广,而是公司实力的一次整体宣传。


02、社媒推广方案

很多企业有自己的社媒平台运营账号,如FacebookTwitterYouTube、LinkedIn等。

公司花大价钱参加了广交会等知名展会,除了获客,还应发挥宣传公司的职能。

结合社媒平台对参展进行宣传,可提高咱的知名度和人气,增加与粉丝的互动机会。

具体可以根据不同的平台特点和受众偏好,制定不同的内容策略和发布频率,在展会前期、期间和后期分别发布不同的内容:

①在展会前期,运营人员应通过社媒平台发布专题报道展前预览新产品报道,并邀请粉丝转发或评论,通过一些互动活动以扩大影响力和参与度;

②在展会期间,运营人员应通过社媒平台发布参展指南展期新闻,探讨展会上同类产品的流行新趋势

③在展会后期,运营人员发布展会回顾,分享展会上反馈不错的产品,向客户及粉丝发送感谢信或礼品,并收集客户或粉丝的反馈和评价

④如果是偏C端的产品,可以设计一些活动留下短视频宣传推广素材,通过一些有创意、互动性强、操作简单的活动,鼓励粉丝或客户前往现场参与,并使用相关的话题标签或地理位置,这样可以吸引人流活跃气氛,并发动粉丝转发,提升品牌曝光度和关注度。
